Now, I'm used to disease in CK2 doing nothing, and I thought if they were a little deadlier, that'd be pretty cool. I just started playing this modpack a few days ago, and I had read that diseases were more devastating, and that infant mortality was generally higher, but I decided to roll with it.

However, one issue I take with the mod is that diseases are kicked up to 11. It's best used alongside Better Decisions and Not a Building Overhaul and a few more that I don't remember.
